Project Control Specialist

The Opportunity:

As a Project Control Specialist, you know the complexities of supporting a project. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a Project Control Specialist who can help ensure success through careful analysis and effective communication and by facilitating information sharing.

On our team, you'll implement and maintain organizational tasks in support of the Air Force. You'll work with key stakeholders to review and manage deliverables and help organize the overall task. You'll help with tactical planning and cross department collaboration using resources like MS Project and MS Office tools and regular interactions with schedulers, customers, and project analysts. To aid in supporting other team members, you'll create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) or job aids.You will also be called on to:

  • Oversee and manage the flow of documentation and personnel information, ensuring accuracy and timely updates throughout all stages of in-processing and out-processing. Support activities including CAC management, GFE tracking, and training communications in collaboration with relevant teams.

  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail when handling sensitive documentation and personnel records, maintaining thoroughness and precision in all administrative tasks.

  • Serve as a key point of contact for forwarding communications between the Project Coordination team and other departments, ensuring all messages are delivered promptly and accurately.

  • Maintain strict protocols for the secure handling, storage, and transmission of confidential documents, in compliance with government and organizational standards.

  • Oversee the organization and upkeep of information repositories, ensuring all records are current, properly classified, and easily accessible for authorized personnel.

  • Respond quickly and professionally to requests or inquiries from government personnel, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide clear, accurate information.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or delivery support

  • Experience organizing meetings, tracking milestones, and managing schedules

  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and collaboration tools

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Secret clearance

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience supporting Department of Defense programs or similar regulated industries

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills for producing clear status updates and engaging stakeholders

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,300.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
