Experienced Non-Manager Job Description
HEICO Component Repair Group is currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to perform Return to Service inspections on aircraft accessory components in accordance with FAA regulations and company procedures. This position plays a critical role in ensuring safety and compliance within our FAA Part 145 Repair Station operations. The ideal candidate will hold a current Airframe (A) license or have previously held a Repairman Certificate with relevant experience in component-level inspections. Key Responsibilities include: - Performing final inspections and issuing Return to Service authorizations for repaired and overhauled accessory components. - Ensuring all work performed complies with FAA regulations, company Repair Station and Quality Control Manual, Customer Requirements and CMMs. - Reviewing maintenance records, test data, and documentation for completeness and accuracy. - Conduct audits and inspections of work-in-progress, final assemblies and shop processes as required. - Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented. - Maintain accurate records of inspections. - Coordinate with technicians, production, and quality assurance staff to ensure timely delivery. - Support internal and external audits.
