Product Manager II - Point of Care Urinalysis

The Point of Care (POC) Urinalysis Product Manager II plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across IDEXX's urinalysis solutions within the VetLab suite. You will partner closely with members of the Product Management Team (PMT) to execute product strategy, manage day to day performance of on market products, and collaborate extensively with R&D, Global Medical Affairs, manufacturing, supply chain, product support, and customer support.

This role requires a strong understanding of veterinary diagnostics and clinical workflows to drive continuous improvement, maintain product quality and availability, and advance IDEXX's POC urinalysis portfolio. Success will depend on strong cross functional collaboration, analytical decision making, and balancing clinical, operational, and customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

In This Role

  • Own the on-market performance of assigned Point of Care urinalysis products, ensuring delivery against quality, performance, and customer experience metrics.
  • Serve as the primary product decision maker for your assigned portfolio, escalating strategically and aligning decisions to broader portfolio goals.
  • Collaborate with Global Medical Affairs and R&D to translate clinical insights and customer feedback into product improvements, requirements, and enhancements.
  • Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, and product support teams to ensure reliable supply, product availability, and timely resolution of issues.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying opportunities informed by customer feedback, clinical trends, and data analysis.
  • Track, analyze, and report product performance, risks, and initiative progress to support prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Prepare and deliver product updates, business insights, and recommendations for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • *Build and maintain strong cross functional partnerships to drive alignment, execution, and successful delivery of product initiatives.

What You Will Need to Succeed

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams or initiatives through successful project completion
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions and prioritize work
  • Ability to quickly build effective relationships and influence without direct authority
  • Comfort operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Passion for delivering high-quality products and exceeding customer expectations

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required (science, engineering, or related discipline preferred)
  • 4-6 years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience with urinalysis, renal diagnostics, chemistry, or veterinary or healthcare diagnostics preferred.
  • Understanding of veterinary clinical workflows and point of care diagnostic technologies is a strong plus.
  • Working knowledge of product management practices, including product lifecycle management, requirements definition, and post market optimization
