Job Summary: Encore Pavement is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Specialist to support daily financial operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing transactions, and assisting with reporting and compliance. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities
Responsible for timely billing and collection of receivables
Qualifications (Experience, Education & Certifications, Key Attributes): Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred Knowledge of accounting principles and practices Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities If you meet the qualifications for this position and are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume and cover letter.
