In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in shaping new hire experiences, keeping our team connected, and bringing energy to our workplace culture. What you'll do:

Onboarding Support:



  • Be the first point of contact for new hires, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from day one.
  • Coordinate and streamline the onboarding process to set our team members up for success.
  • Organize engaging orientation sessions and provide essential resources.
  • Ensure a smooth and memorable new hire experience with your attention to detail and follow-through.


Communication and Coordination:



  • Serve as the heartbeat of internal communications, keeping everyone informed and aligned.
  • Craft compelling memos, announcements, and updates that inspire and motivate.
  • Manage calendars and meetings with precision, creating seamless collaboration opportunities.


Event and Morale Activities:



  • Be the mastermind behind unforgettable company events and celebrations.
  • Brainstorm and implement creative morale-boosting initiatives that foster team spirit.
  • Develop fun themed days or weeks, such as "Throwback Thursday" or "Wellness Wednesday."
  • Organize surprise treat days or appreciation moments, like coffee carts or dessert pop-ups.
  • Coordinate team challenges, like step contests, trivia games, or creative competitions.
  • Plan volunteer opportunities to strengthen team connections while giving back to the community.


Administrative Support:



  • Provide essential support to managers, ensuring they can focus on strategic priorities.
  • Handle scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Keep our operations running smoothly by maintaining organized digital and physical files.


What you'll need to be successful:

Success in this job relies on your time management skills, organization, and positive attitude. In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A natural multitasker with unparalleled organizational skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and a passion for helping others succeed.
  • Strong ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team.


Preferred Skills:



  • Experience planning events and creating memorable moments.
  • Strong discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information.
