We are seeking a passionate Designer to join a dynamic team, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of performance apparel. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your creative vision and technical expertise to develop groundbreaking designs that inspire and enable athletes. You will directly impact the aesthetic and functional quality of products, ensuring they meet the highest standards of innovation and performance.

**What You'll Do:**

* Support the apparel design team with day-to-day projects, contributing to both physical and digital assets.

* Create accurate 2D technical drawings, ensuring precision in design specifications.

* Assist in updating line art and designs based on feedback, fitting sessions, and design reviews.

* Iterate on design options for design leads, leveraging industry-standard design software.

* Maintain and update presentation materials with accurate representations of designs.

* Contribute to design research, gathering inspiration for details, construction, and mood imagery.

* Support the accuracy of family files and coordinate with color partners.

* Assist in the creation of physical boards, ensuring accurate designs, materials, and trims are presented.

**Qualifications:**

**Must-Have Skills:**

* 3+ years of experience designing and developing performance apparel.

* Bachelor's degree in design or a related field (or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training).

* Demonstrated ability to create accurate 2D technical drawings.

* Proficiency in presentation programs such as Keynote, PowerPoint, Acrobat, and Miro.

* Strong organizational skills and clear communication.

* A portfolio showcasing an interesting aesthetic, design voice, and technical drawings of apparel.

**Nice-to-Have Skills:**

* Ability to update line art and designs effectively.

* Experience in technical apparel design.

* Proficiency with AI and Vizcom.

* Strong Photoshop and Illustrator skills.

* Strong sketching, illustration, and rendering skills.

* Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.

* Experience within the athletic apparel industry.
