Tru Vue Inc. Material Handler - Multiple Openings (1st & 2nd Shift) Location: Faribault, MN Pay: $19.00-$21.00/hr Schedule: * 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM * 2nd Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM About Apogee & Tru Vue Apogee Enterprises, Inc. What You'll Do * Move, track, and manage materials throughout the facility * Supply production lines to keep operations running efficiently * Support shipping, receiving, and inventory processes * Maintain accurate inventory, including cycle counts and FIFO * Stage and prepare materials for production and shipment * Use inventory systems to track materials and transactions * Assist with packaging, labeling, and quality checks * Support team operations and continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For * Previous experience in material handling, warehouse, or manufacturing preferred * Forklift experience or willingness to become certified * Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems * Strong attention to detail and organization * Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities * Reliable, safety-focused, and quality-driven Why Join Tru Vue * Stable, growing company backed by Apogee Enterprises * Consistent full-time schedules * Opportunities for training and advancement * Team-oriented environment focused on safety and quality Work Environment This role is based in a manufacturing environment and may include standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.
