Restaurant Supervisor Position Overview The Restaurant Supervisor is responsible for promoting and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction through strong leadership, operational oversight, and a commitment to service excellence. This role focuses on maintaining a positive team environment, supporting associate engagement, and delivering prompt, courteous, and accurate service. The Restaurant Supervisor is accountable for daily operations and contributes to sales and profitability within assigned outlets. This position is supervisory in nature and requires a consistent on-the-floor presence during all meal periods. Administrative work is limited primarily to scheduling and monitoring labor in alignment with budget guidelines. Key Responsibilities

Supported sales and profitability goals by overseeing labor scheduling, monitoring staffing levels, and assisting with cost control initiatives. (preferred)
Supervised and coached front-of-house staff to deliver friendly, attentive service while maintaining a fun, professional atmosphere. (preferred) 2 years: Led daily operations for a high-volume, members-only pool or restaurant environment, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, smooth service flow, and adherence to brand service standards.
