Membership Sales Specialist - Modesto, CA

Location:Hybrid (90% field-based within the market; 10% remote)

Candidate must live within 50 to 75 miles of Modesto, CA

On Target Earnings:$75,785.28-$180,000

Two fixed base salary options are available, $35,000or$45,000(nonnegotiable).

Includes Car Allowance and Uncapped Commission

We are seeking a highly motivated, community-focused Membership Sales Specialist to generate leads and sales for our AirMedCare Network membership throughout Modesto and the greater Central Valley region. This role is ideal for a relationship-builder who enjoys being active in the community and partnering with local businesses, families, and organizations.

Through consistent local outreach, you will build a strong sales pipeline that supports the territory's budget while also contributing to team-wide success. The ideal candidate brings proven field sales experience, confidence engaging in diverse communities, and a genuine passion for helping protect local families and businesses through emergency medical transport coverage.

AirMedCare Network(AMCN)is part ofGlobal Medical Response(GMR), the largest medical transportation company in the world. AMCN provides compassionate, high-quality medical care with a focus on emergency and patient relocation services across the United States. Our membership programs include emergent air transport, Fly-U-Home, and ground ambulance coverage, offering peace of mind to members when it matters most.

Responsibilities:

Drive Local Impact:
The Membership Sales Specialist will spend approximately 90% of time in the field, focused on the Modesto market and surrounding counties, engaging:

  • Local businesses and employers (70% B2B focus) such as agriculture-related operations, small and mid-sized businesses, healthcare practices, and service organizations.
  • Individual consumers (30% B2C focus) including families, retirees, and rural residents who value emergency preparedness.

Develop Relationships:
Identify and cultivate new leads through cold calling, referrals, local partnerships, community events, and networking opportunities across the Central Valley and nearby foothill communities.

Sales Process Management:
Manage the full consultative sales cycle-from initial outreach and needs assessment through enrollment enrolling prospective members clearly understand the value and benefits of AMCN membership.

Champion with Purpose:
Represent AMCN at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings, while establishing trusted partnerships with chambers of commerce, civic groups, and community organizations to strengthen brand recognition and credibility.

Qualifications:

Education:High school diploma (or equivalent), valid driver's license, and a clean driving record.

Sales Expertise:
3+ years of previous B2C or B2B field sales experience, including cold calling and prospecting, preferred.

Industry Knowledge:
Working knowledge of healthcare, emergency services, insurance, or membership-based programs, preferred.
