Your Role This team member is a key creator of materials that support Gensler's B2B business development efforts. With the support of the marketing team, this position will work under the direction of senior staff and marketing leadership to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other collateral used to help the firm tell great stories and win new projects. This role will gain a strong understanding of the Gensler portfolio, precedent materials, and project requirements to develop an informed approach to managing and creating brand-aligned marketing content. What You Will Do The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role within the marketing team, combining strong project management with compelling content development. This position supports business development, pursuits, and reputation-building initiatives by delivering accurate, high-quality marketing materials and ensuring seamless coordination across multiple deadlines. Your Qualifications
**The base salary will be estimated between $60,000-$75,000 plus bonuses and benefits and contingent on relevant experience.
