Job Description

This role coordinates clinical compliance for the Sinclair School of Nursing (SSON), ensuring adherence to regulatory standards across a wide network of affiliated clinical agencies and accreditation organizations located within Missouri and states across the U.S. It involves close collaboration with clinical partners, faculty, students, preceptors, and administrative teams, and requires proficiency in a range of software tools and systems to support compliance operations effectively.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensures student clinical compliance. Monitors and verifies student compliance with all clinical requirements including immunizations, background checks, drug screenings, BLS certification and required documentation.
* Coordinates clinical site onboarding. Serves as a primary liaison with clinical site partners for student onboarding. Submits required documents and materials to sites. Remains apprised of current, revised, and/or new site requirements within Missouri and states across the U.S.
* Manages compliance platforms. Utilizes web-based systems to oversee compliance and complete onboarding requirements, submits updated compliance tracker requirements, and furnishes student compliance documentation to fulfill site audit requirements as needed.
* Provides compliance policy information and support. Develops informational materials, delivers overview to incoming students, and serves as the primary contact for students and faculty regarding compliance and site onboarding questions, requirements and deadlines.
* Facilitates the Hospital ID Badge process and charting access. Works with necessary parties to obtain incoming student ID badges, enters requests for replacement badges, submits requests for restricted unit badge access, submits documents for charting access, and troubleshoots access issues for students.
* Performs administrative duties including but not limited to producing and distributing graduate preceptor letters, completing Medicare report forms for graduate clinical courses, assisting with processing preceptor submissions including midterm and final evaluations, etc.
* Maintains flexibility to assist with other duties as assigned to support the associate dean of academic affairs, clinical coordinator for undergraduate and graduate nursing programs, faculty, staff, and students within the SSON.

Shift

Core business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Extended hours may occur during peak academic cycles.

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 2 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online platforms
* Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across a broad and varied constituency
* Strong organizational and/or project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
* Displays strong customer service acumen and positive attitude
* Detail-oriented and efficient
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Anticipated Hiring Range

Hiring Range: $ 53,000 to $55,000 annual
Grade: GGS 9E
