Position Summary The Pediatric Registered Dietitian II provides advanced clinical nutrition care to infants, children, and adolescents with complex medical conditions, with a primary focus on cerebral palsy and related neurodevelopmental disorders alongside a multidisciplinary team. The team includes providers from orthopedics, physical medicine and rehabilitation, neurology, neurosurgery, complex care services, physical therapy and social work. This role involves comprehensive nutrition assessment, peri-operative nutritional optimization ahead of complex spine and hip surgery, individualized care planning, interdisciplinary collaboration, and caregiver education to support optimal growth, feeding, and overall health outcomes. Position is eligible for a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus! Key Responsibilities Providing nutritional care to patients within specific inpatient and outpatient settings. Evaluating the medical, biochemical, and nutritional information and assessing patient needs in order to develop and implement the most appropriate nutrition care plans. Assisting in the supervision of the daily work of the dietetic technician. Minimum Qualifications: Education: A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in Dietetics with at least 2 years in pediatric nutrition Certifications/Licensure: Registration by Commission on Dietetic Registration, the Credentialing agency of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, as a Registered Dietitian Licensure by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a licensed Dietitian. The posted pay range is Boston Children's reasonable and good-faith expectation for this pay at the time of posting. Any base pay offer provided depends on skills, experience, education, certifications, and a variety of other job-related factors.
