Pay Rate: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift: Day Shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (commitment required)

We need dependable people who know how to hustle. As an Assembly Technician, you'll assemble products, work with tools, and keep the crew on pace.

Skills That Make You Stand Out

• 1+ year of assembly or manufacturing experience
• Basic mechanical skills and the ability to use hand/power tools
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus
• Ability to follow instructions and read technical documents
• Cable/harness assembly or cleanroom experience is a plus
• Basic computer skills
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (more with assistance)
• Comfortable standing, bending, and performing repetitive tasks

Work That Matters

• Perform mechanical assemblies and subassemblies
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and parts lists
• Operate hand and power tools
• Conduct basic testing, including leak testing
• Perform inspections and minor troubleshooting
• Maintain quality and accuracy throughout the assembly process
• Communicate effectively with the team and leadership
