Telehealth Nurse Job Ref: 34028 Category: Nursing Location: 133 Old Road to Nine Acre Corner, Concord, MA 01742 Department: Home Care Services Schedule: Per Diem Shift: Day shift Hours: 10:00am-2:00pm Pay Range: $34.67 - $68.68 per hour Per Diem, Telehealth Nurse, Home Care, Emerson Health, Concord, MA Schedule is flexible based on the department need - hours may include 10:00am-2:00pm Reporting to the Associate Director of Home Care and is responsible for the oversight of the Telemedicine program; this includes patient monitoring, scheduling, education, marketing, analysis of program data and expansion of telehealth, internally and externally to Emerson Home Care. The Cardiac Program Specialist works closely with the Home Care staff, physicians, referral sources and community groups Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred Experience: Prefer at least 3 years of clinical experience in cardiac and respiratory care Licensure and/or Certification: Current and valid licensure to practice Nursing in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Valid and unrestricted driver's license recognized by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and access to a reliable, insured vehicle required.
