The Director of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) is the strategic leader and "mini business owner" of the VDC practice. This role owns the health, quality, and growth of the service line, acting as the highest leadership tier that still maintains direct ownership of execution. The Director is responsible for profitability, defining the evolution of our digital offerings, and positioning NV5 as a premier digital partner rather than a commodity vendor. Responsibilities Practice Leadership & Profitability
Business Ownership: Own the full P&L for the VDC practice, including revenue targets, gross margins, and overall financial health.

Qualifications
The pay range for this position is $145,000- $160,000 per year; however, base pay offered may be higher or lower depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience of the candidate.
