You will act as a subject matter expert on production techniques, ensuring that high-stakes, periodic publications-such as quarterly reports-are delivered with technical precision and editorial excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Vendor Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for external printers, designers, and production vendors to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Quality Assurance & Proofreading: Apply expert-level knowledge of AP Style to review all materials, ensuring grammatical perfection and adherence to brand standards before final output.
  • Strategic Consulting: Counsel internal clients and team members on the most effective production techniques, materials, and cost-efficient processes.
  • Workflow Oversight: Manage the delivery of preformatted periodic publications, navigating occasional ambiguity with minimal direction and high accountability for deadlines.

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience in the healthcare or insurance sectors is highly desirable.
  • Vendor Management: Proven track record of managing complex print production workflows and external vendor relationships.
  • Agility: Ability to interpret varied assignments and independently determine the appropriate path forward in a fast-paced environment.
