Store Design & Construction Coordinator

Aquent is partnering with a leading global retailer dedicated to crafting inspiring spaces for customers worldwide. Our client is at the forefront of designing and constructing high-quality retail environments for a diverse portfolio of beloved brands, ensuring every store delivers an exceptional and engaging experience.

We're hiring a Store Design & Construction Coordinator to support the teams responsible for bringing physical retail spaces to life-from concept through construction. This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in retail design, architecture, or construction. Your work will directly support the seamless execution of new stores, remodels, and concept rollouts, making a tangible impact on customer experience.

What You'll Do:

• Coordinate across design, construction, and real estate teams
• Track project timelines, updates, and approvals
• Organize drawings, plans, and project documentation
• Support presentations and leadership reviews
• Monitor construction progress and flag risks
• Assist with invoices, budgets, and administrative needs

What You Bring:

• 0-3 years of experience (admin, project coordination, design, or construction support)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, resourceful, adaptable
• Interest in retail design or construction
• Ability to travel occasionally

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to design tools (Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience with project documentation or construction workflows

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $32 to $37/hr. Compensation is based on several factors, including but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
