*Overview*
We're looking for a talented and passionate Product Manager to support and evolve customerfacing Web application experiences. This role focuses on foundational aspects of a digital application journey and the core functionality that enables seamless, usercentric experiences across Web platforms. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing digital products, thrives in crossfunctional environments, and is deeply customerobsessed. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Research, and Servicing partners to deliver highquality Web application capabilities that drive measurable business and customer outcomes. *Key Responsibilities* Collaborate crossfunctionally with Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Research, Servicing, and platform teams to deliver cohesive Web application experiences. Partner closely with developers to support a smooth, efficient process from discovery through code deployment and release. Lead discovery efforts with stakeholders to clarify ambiguous problem spaces and translate them into welldefined initiatives. Define clear product requirements, objectives, success metrics, and acceptance criteria for Webbased initiatives. Own and maintain a prioritized product backlog, ensuring user stories and requirements are detailed, actionable, and welldocumented. Author and maintain product and business rules documentation, and regularly groom requirements with Engineering partners. Monitor, analyze, and optimize key performance indicators such as clickthrough rates, submission rates, application completion rates, and friction metrics. Leverage quantitative data and qualitative user feedback to identify pain points in existing journeys and translate insights into product enhancements. Coordinate with dependent teams on new capabilities, platform enhancements, and broader channel transformation initiatives. *Required Qualifications* 3-5 years of experience in Product Management, Digital Product Management, or Product Development. Handson experience working on customerfacing Web products or Web applications. Strong experience collaborating across multiple disciplines in a matrixed environment. Demonstrated ability to create clear, structured product requirements documentation and user stories. Usercentric mindset with a strong passion for delivering customerfocused digital experiences. Analytical approach to product decisionmaking, using data and insights to drive outcomes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas to technical and nontechnical partners. *Preferred / NicetoHave Qualifications* Background or prior experience in frontend engineering, design, analytics, or marketing. Experience working with Web application development teams and frontend technologies. Familiarity with design systems, including reusable components, patterns, and templates. Experience contributing to or working within established design systems. Comfort breaking down complex problems into phased, achievable solutions. *What Success Looks Like* Clear, highquality product requirements that enable Engineering teams to deliver efficiently and effectively. Improved clarity and alignment across crossfunctional partners working on Web initiatives. Measurable improvements in application performance, usability, and customer conversion metrics. Consistent momentum on foundational Web platform enhancements and usercentric features. *Work Environment* This role is based in a collaborative, fastpaced office environment located in a major metropolitan business district, with close partnership across multiple functional teams. *Why This Role* This position plays a critical role in strengthening foundational Web application experiences and driving alignment across teams.
