Description This role leads the strategy, development, and execution of Marketing Technology and Customer Data capabilities to support personalized, datadriven customer engagement. The position partners closely with marketing and business leaders to define a multiyear technical roadmap, scale personalization capabilities, and ensure customer data is responsibly managed and activated across owned and paid channels. This is a handson leadership role with responsibility for people management, product strategy, and delivery within a fastmoving, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities * Own the Marketing Technology and Customer Data product domain, including strategy, roadmap, and execution * Lead and coach a team of Product Owners supporting multiple scrum teams * Partner with marketing, analytics, and business stakeholders to deliver personalized customer experiences across digital and media channels * Define and evolve operating models for personalization and customer engagement platforms * Oversee vendor and platform partnerships related to marketing automation and customer data solutions * Support the launch and growth of a retail media capability, enabling monetization of owned digital channels and customer insights * Collaborate with executive leadership on longterm customer and marketing technology strategy Team & Scope * Direct management of 3 fulltime Product Owners * Oversight of 3 crossfunctional scrum teams * Ownership of external vendor relationships supporting marketing and data platforms Technology & Product Areas * Customer Data Platforms (CDP), including composable architectures * Marketing automation and journey orchestration platforms * Loyalty and customer engagement platforms * Media and advertising technology platforms * Cloudbased data and analytics environments Required Experience & Skills * Strong experience with marketing automation platforms * Deep understanding of customer journey orchestration and personalization * Handson experience with Customer Data Platforms, including identity resolution and identity unification concepts * Proven ability to lead Product Owners and scale product management practices * Experience balancing strategic leadership with handson execution * Strong stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration skills Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ.
