The Production Operator III supports safe, efficient manufacturing of adhesive products by operating and monitoring complex production equipment. This role executes batch processing, quality checks, and documentation while meeting production schedules. The position partners with team members to drive continuous improvement and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Operate and troubleshoot mixers, reactors, and packaging equipment to meet daily production targets
  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and safety protocols
  • Perform in-process quality checks and document results accurately
  • Handle raw materials, including weighing and staging, per specifications
  • Conduct equipment changeovers, cleaning, and minor maintenance
  • Use manufacturing systems (e.g., SAP/MES) to record production data
  • Participate in safety audits, 5S, and continuous improvement activities
  • Train or mentor operators on procedures and best practices'
Minimum Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or GED
  • Experience: 3+ years in chemical or industrial manufacturing operations
  • Skills: Ability to read SOPs, complete batch records, and perform basic math
  • Certifications: Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree in manufacturing or related field
  • Experience: Adhesives, coatings, or batch processing experience
  • Skills: SAP/MES proficiency; root-cause problem solving
  • Certifications: OSHA 30-hour or equivalent safety training

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $22.00/hr based on experience.
