Who Are We? What You'll do: This Data Analyst supports mitigation operations within the supply chain risk management program. The Data Analyst focuses on the defensive/mitigation side of supply chain risk - identifying alternate sources, developing buffering strategies, producing risk mitigation placemats, and generating actionable recommendations that Government decision-makers can execute. This Data Analyst works under the direction of a Director of Operations & Implementation. This role requires on-site work in either Huntsville, AL or Northern Virginia (Washington, DC Metro Area). Limited telework may be permitted based on customer requirements and business needs. Key Responsibilities:

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Groundswell, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
