Responsibilities
* Procurement and supplier management for assigned hardware and components supporting multiple engine programs
* Manage supplier on-time delivery, capacity ramp plans, and leading performance indicators to support production schedules
* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned suppliers, leading issue resolution, escalation, and recovery plans
* Coordinate cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Materials, Manufacturing, Strategic Sourcing, Continuous Improvement, and Production Readiness teams
* Maintain uninterrupted supply flow while meeting cost, schedule, quality, and contractual commitments
* Lead business continuity planning and supplier improvement initiatives
* Execute standard procurement activities including demand planning, order placement, scheduling, and delivery assurance
* Ensure compliance with Global Supply Chain standard work, international trade compliance, and RTX Code of Ethics

Education and experience
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field
* Experience in supplier management, procurement, or supply chain operations
* Experience supporting aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated industrial environments (a plus)
* Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred

Skills and knowledge
* Ability to manage multiple supplier accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including email, phone, and presentation interaction
* U.S. citizenship required to access controlled systems and programs
* Knowledge of supplier performance management, capacity planning, and production readiness
* Familiarity with international trade compliance and supply chain risk mitigation is preferred
* Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills is a plus
