Salary will be determined by the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

  • Estimated annual base pay:

    • Level III: $95,000(minimum) - $123,000(midpoint) - $152,000(maximum)

    • Level IV: $113,000(minimum) - $147,000(midpoint) - $181,000(maximum)

Business Analyst III - AI & Digital Transformation

This role focuses on driving digital transformation initiatives to enable better and faster decision-making across the organization. The Senior Business Analyst partners with functional leaders and the enterprise Data and Business Intelligence team to identify opportunities, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and support scalable digital transformation initiatives, including the application of AI and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Requirements Analysis: Lead strategic requirements analysis across departments; identify enterprise-level opportunities and influence solution direction, including opportunities to leverage AI and data-driven insights.

  • Documentation and Testing: Define documentation standards and testing strategies; ensure compliance and quality assurance across projects.

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of data and analytics solutions to address complex business challenges; architect scalable solutions and lead enterprise-wide implementations; drive standardization and scalability across departments; provide strategic input on data, analytics, and digital transformation roadmaps.

  • Stakeholder Communication and Training: Build strong stakeholder relationships across the enterprise; lead change management and drive adoption of new data, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

  • System Development and Support: Oversee full development lifecycle for major initiatives; ensure alignment with architecture and security standards; support data transformation and digital initiatives; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure success of initiatives; mentor and guide junior analysts; ensure alignment with project timelines and quality standards.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Solve strategic problems; guide teams through ambiguity and systemic challenges; identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.

  • Business Process Modeling: Lead process reengineering initiatives; define modeling standards and ensure cross-functional alignment.

  • Documentation & Traceability: Establish documentation standards; ensure compliance and knowledge transfer.

  • Project Coordination & Execution: Lead large-scale projects, including scoping, planning, and execution; balance priorities, manage risks, and foster high-performing teams.

  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis: Lead enterprise-level requirements strategy; mentor others and ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Solution Design Thinking: Architect scalable, enterprise-wide solutions utilizing industry best practices; drive innovation and design governance, including the use of modern data platforms and AI capabilities.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Influence senior stakeholders; drive alignment and strategic communication.

  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of enterprise systems and data platforms; provide insight into system capabilities and limitations; familiarity with AI, advanced analytics, and digital transformation technologies and their application to business problems; support integration across systems and data sources; evaluate new tools and support modern data and analytics capabilities.

Successful Candidates Will Typically Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA or Master's in Analytics, Data Science, or related field).

  • 5-8 years of professional experience, including demonstrated success leading complex projects and cross-functional initiatives. Proven ability to translate business needs into data-driven solutions and drive execution of digital transformation initiatives. Experience working with data, analytics, and emerging AI technologies is preferred.

Business Analyst IV - AI & Digital Transformation

This role focuses on leading complex digital transformation initiatives to enable faster, data-driven decision-making across the organization. The Business Analyst IV partners with senior leadership, functional teams, and the enterprise Data & Business Intelligence organization to identify high-impact opportunities, define value-driven approaches, and deliver scalable solutions leveraging data, analytics, and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Strategy & Analysis: Leads cross-functional requirements analysis aligned to business objectives; identifies complex opportunities and drives the development of high-impact, data-driven solutions, including opportunities to leverage analytics and AI-enabled capabilities.

  • Solution Design and Implementation: Designs and delivers scalable digital and data solutions; ensures alignment with business needs; addresses complex challenges; and drives consistency, quality, and scalability across solutions.

  • Process Optimization and Standardization: Leads process reengineering initiatives; defines modeling approaches; drives consistency across teams; and improves processes to enable data-driven decision-making and stronger business outcomes.

  • Stakeholder Collaboration and Change Leadership: Leads change management efforts to enable adoption of digital, data, and AI-enabled solutions; partners with senior stakeholders to influence direction, align priorities, and ensure successful implementation.

  • Testing and Lifecycle Oversight: Defines testing strategies and quality frameworks; ensures solutions meet business requirements; and oversees execution across the full development lifecycle for complex initiatives.

  • Digital & Data Enablement: Identifies and supports opportunities to leverage data, analytics, and AI within business processes; partners with technical teams to ensure solutions are practical, scalable, and aligned to business needs.

Key Skills:

  • Strategic Problem-Solving: Strong ability to solve complex challenges using data-driven and structured approaches; comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving outcomes.

  • Solution Design Thinking: Ability to design scalable, high-quality solutions aligned to business needs and best practices in data and digital environments.

Successful Candidates Will Typically Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics, or a related field; advanced degrees (MBA or Master's in Analytics, Data Science, or related field).

  • 8-12+ years of professional experience, including demonstrated success leading enterprise-level initiatives across multiple functions. Proven ability to drive digital transformation efforts, influence senior leadership, and deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. Experience working with data, analytics, and emerging AI technologies is strongly preferred.
