  • Partner with the Marketing Performance team to translate complex business questions into technical tracking specifications and data layer requirements.

  • Design and implement robust data layer strategies to support advanced attribution and cross-platform data consistency.

  • Manage and audit Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers to ensure seamless deployment and accuracy of third-party media and performance tags.

  • Proven technical command of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS specifically tailored for tag management and web tracking solutions.

  • Proven ability to architect complex dashboards and visualizations that communicate technical data clearly to non-technical audiences.

  • Self-directed professional with a track record of leading major technical migrations and platform governance without daily oversight.

  • Solid understanding of global data privacy regulations (such as GDPR and CCPA) as they relate to web tracking and consent management.

  • Experience with Data Layer design and documentation, specifically focused on Event-Driven Data Layers.
