Placement Type: Temporary Salary: $30-34 Hourly Start Date: Apr 27, 2026 Hybrid in Manhattan 2-3 days In-Office *must have prior intimates & sleepwear experience OVERVIEW We're looking for a detail-oriented, collaborative Product Development Coordinator to join a fast-moving apparel team focused on intimates, sleep, and panties. In this entry-level individual contributor role, you'll be the connective tissue between vendor partners, design, technical, production, and merchandising-keeping development on track from concept through execution. WHAT YOU'LL DO *Serve as the point person for development details with vendor partners and cross-functional teams including design, technical, production, and merchandising *Create and maintain seasonal development charts, work-in-progress (WIP) trackers, readiness decks, Bill of Materials (BOM), and costing charts *Coordinate weekly workflow updates to ensure timely, accurate vendor and team communication *Monitor the development process across the product line, tracking progress against seasonal timelines and flagging risks *Update and maintain costing tools and reference resources for merchant and planning teams *Communicate design development details clearly across stakeholders *Participate in fit sessions and in-office meetings as required by the development calendar MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS The following are required for consideration. *Bachelor's degree in Product Development, Production, Operations, Apparel Product Lifecycle, or equivalent experience *2-5 years of product development experience (internship experience considered for recent graduates) *Strong attention to detail and organizational skills-you keep things accurate and nothing falls through the cracks *Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel; comfort with standard computer communications and shortcuts *Clear, professional written communication skills *Team-player mindset with a genuine drive to learn PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS *Prior experience with Centric PLM or a similar product lifecycle management system *Background in intimates, lingerie, or apparel product development *Comfort adapting to shifting priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment WHO THRIVES HERE The strongest candidates will be communicators who adapt well to rapid changes in priorities, enjoy working cross-functionally, and bring calm precision to a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
