Leidos is on the lookout for a Sr. Intelligence Management Specialist to work in Honolulu, HI. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience in supporting the INDOPACOM J2 mission. The primary location for this effort is at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered.

Note: This role is part of a prospective contract, contingent upon final award notification. Anticipated start date would be mid to late May 2026.

Job Summary:

  • Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities. Activities include, but are not limited to, reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests on accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting; assisting with administration and management of REIs, task actions, reports, and briefings.

  • Stands watch as part of the Common Operating Picture's Intelligence Data Layer Fusion Cell (COPIDLFC) as the Joint Operations Center (JOC) COPIDL Manager during routine operations, and during crisis/contingency operations, serves as one of two crisis watch standers. Prepared to deploy during COOP execution.

  • As Command COPIDL SME, develops and maintains the COPIDL Training Program comprised of Job Qualification Requirements (JQR), ComputerBased Training (CBT), and USINDOPACOM J2 JIOC inclass instruction.

  • Provides a full range of COPIDL Development and COPIDL Management support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in a variety of intelligence disciplines and activities.

  • Updates objects of interest within the COPIDL using advanced tactical data processors (TDP) and available COPIDL management tools.

  • Provides COPIDL support with demonstrated proficiency managing a COPIDL using enterprise and programofrecord tools, including FADE MIST, Bodhi, Thresher, Watchbox and Intelbook, Maven Smart System, CHRONICLE, GCCSJ/GCCS13/Agile Client, and Chatsurfer.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current TS/SCI security clearance on day 1

  • At least 12 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

  • Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirm completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.

  • Communicates understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.

  • Works independently with no oversight and direction.

  • Collaborates and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing disputes and conflict resolution.

  • Develops concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.

  • Lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems

Pay Range:Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
