Position Summary
|
The Legal Intern will provide basic administrative and research support to the legal function. This role offers exposure to contracts, compliance, and legal processes related to engineering, construction, and professional services.

Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities
|
Contract & Document Support
|
- Assist with organizing and maintaining agreements and legal files
- Help draft and review documents for completeness and accuracy, tracking document versions, approvals, and status
|
Research, Compliance & Risk Claim Support
|
- Support basic legal research related to construction, engineering, litigation, and corporate matters
- Assist with insurance, compliance, or risk-related documentation as directed
- Help collect and organize information needed for compliance or audit purposes
- Review documents and assist with discovery
|
Administrative & Team Support
|
- Track deadlines and follow up on assigned legal items
- Attend meetings and take notes when requested
- Perform general administrative and support tasks as assigned
