As a Security Officer Patrol Driver in Milwaukee, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a dynamic automotive location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures and supporting access control activities at an automotive manufacturing and/or corporate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, production-adjacent spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information when appropriate, and document daily activities, incidents, and security-related observations in required reports.
• Support emergency response activities by following post orders, assisting with directions during incidents, and coordinating with site personnel and/or first responders when needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security-related license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
