As a Security Officer Patrol Driving in Sturtevant, WI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

Candidates MUST have a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving history

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observed activity according to site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail property, storefront areas, common spaces, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help to deter unauthorized access, loitering, and/or disorderly behavior while maintaining a professional presence.
• Communicate with site contacts, local responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, unusual conditions, and other security-related matters as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
