As a Security Officer Dispatch Center in Eden Prairie, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as a Dispatch Professional at a healthcare location, where you will monitor activity, coordinate communications, and help support timely responses to security-related concerns. In this fast-paced role, you will use teamwork, integrity, and strong communication to assist staff, visitors, and onsite personnel while helping maintain an organized and responsive operation.

Pay Rate: $22.95 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, healthcare location policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.
• Monitor phones, radios, alarms, and other dispatch communications to receive calls for service, prioritize requests, and relay information to onsite personnel in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Document incidents, service requests, and unusual activity in dispatch logs and reports, helping to support timely communication and follow-up with the appropriate contacts.
• Coordinate responses to incidents, medical-related calls, and critical situations by directing personnel to the proper location and sharing updates as information becomes available.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter when assigned. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
