From your PASSION to ours Lactalis American Group, part of the Lactalis family of companies, is currently hiring a National Sales Manager (Redistribution /Buying Groups). The National Sales Manager (Redistribution/Buying Groups) leads key national accounts across redistribution and buying group networks, including DOT, IPAP, PFG, UniPro, Golbon, and Frosty Acres. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue, profitability, and distribution effectiveness for Lactalis American Group's Culinary Division (including Galbani, President, Kraft, and other brands) within these foodservice partners. The position serves as the primary corporate liaison, leading headquarters-level negotiations and Joint Business Plans (JBPs). Internally, the role partners cross-functionally with sales, marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, legal, and quality teams. It also drives optimization of redistributor partnerships to improve product availability and inventory efficiency across the foodservice channel. Success requires strong expertise in both the broadline model and redistribution logistics to enable national scale. From your EXPERTISE to ours Key responsibilities for this position include:
