This role is responsible for driving the vision, strategy, and execution of storage platform capabilities that reliably power and scale our cloudnative SaaS offering. You will define product direction, establish clear product health and success indicators, and partner closely with engineering and crossfunctional stakeholders to deliver resilient, costefficient, and scalable storage solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in technically complex environments and enjoys solving platformlevel problems that directly impact customer outcomes. A successful candidate brings a strong technical foundation, a customercentric mindset, and exceptional communication skills, along with proven experience leading through influence and collaborating across product, engineering, and partner teams. Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $140,000 and $210,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
