Finance Business Analyst: Budget forecasting, variance analysis, financial planning; devel models to assess revenue, margin, pharmacy fees; maintain dashboards in Power BI re KPIs (volume, revenue, margin, Rx fulfillment, patient engagement); reports w YTD, MTD, MoM, and WoW analysis; forecast patient volume, Rx fills, revenue using moving averages and Python-based stats; cost/reimbursement analysis, incl variance and 340B program insights; track ops metrics; ID discrepancies to improve accuracy; manage SQL databases and Excel files to ensure accurate reporting, decisions; extract, transform, and load (ETL) data using SQL queries; automation of reporting; collab w IT and X-func teams re data workflows, inconsistencies, and reporting; present insights to leadership w actionable recs.
