The Scheduling Operations Coordinator will be collaborating with Cardiothoracic Surgery and Vascular Surgery templates across Puget Sound Region (Auburn, Tacoma, Puyallup, and Olympia) Position Summary The Scheduling Operations Coordinator partners with leadership to effectively manage scheduling templates and APEX for multiple MHS Partners. You will collaborate with leadership in planning, designing, and modifying existing templates for all locations. The ideal candidate can work collaboratively, complete work independently, demonstrate strong analytical skills, and use good judgment to improve the scheduling process and increase appointment capacity at site(s). You will utilize Epic, APEX, and Excel in the performance of duties.Essential Functions

Pay and Benefit Expectations We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $24.83 - $35.71 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
