Overview

The Facilities & Construction Systems Specialist is responsible for maintaining software systems for the Facilities divisions including Facilities, Facility Planning & Construction, Sustainability and Real Estate. The Systems Specialist will maintain permissions for all software systems, run monthly reports, assist users, lead special case scenarios with systems, and will maintain and build, in collaboration and direction from the Support and Systems Manager, all systems utilized by the facilities divisions. In addition this position will be the main point of contact for troubleshooting for both internal and external users. This position will be responsible for all training for departments, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree; Experience In Lieu of Education


Responsibilities

  • Maintains software systems and supporting/training sites for the facilities division
  • Partners with software success managers for updates and collaboration on software
  • Oversees and conducts trainings
  • Offers support for contractor's use of Procore
  • First contact for issues with the software systems
  • Runs reports and audits on system functionality and usage
  • Sets software permissions
  • Assist system coordinators as needed with daily tasks such as contracts, invoices, etc.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $23.52per hour - $39.28per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
