Job: Supervisor, Lab Services Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (onsite) Pay Range: $85,000 - $105,000 yearly. The actual hiring rate may vary based on several factors, including your previous work experience, educational background, the responsibilities of the position, and demonstrated performance. Job Summary: Shenandoah Oncology is seeking an experienced and collaborative Lab Supervisor to lead daytoday lab operations while remaining handson in testing and quality oversight. This role serves as a working supervisor, balancing technical expertise, people leadership, and operational excellence to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant diagnostic services that support outstanding patient care. The Lab Supervisor oversees lab staff, testing workflows, quality systems, and regulatory compliance, while partnering closely with clinical and administrative teams to maintain an efficient, patientcentered environment.
