This department typically works Monday-Friday between 8am-5pm CST. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage Marketing Department SUMMARY: The Head of Marketing will support Executive Management in developing a strategic framework and long-term vision for the Bank's growth strategies. Strategically lead while providing expertise, leadership and innovation to translate goals and business strategy into results. Oversee the Bank's integrated marketing strategies, brand management, market research, product marketing, marketing communications, public relations, as well as social and digital marketing strategies to deliver on the Bank's vision to drive initiatives to support remarkable client experiences. The role will lead a core marketing and creative team and will work closely and collaboratively with other Senior Leaders, Line of Business leaders, as well as external partners. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Accountable as the key marketing leader in developing and executing fully integrated brand and marketing strategies resulting in measurable engagement and business outcomes, improved brand strength and memorable client experiences
- Manage all aspects of marketing planning, budgeting, metrics, and reporting including alignment to each business line to ensure marketing plans are in lockstep with growth and profitability goals
- Oversee all aspects of branding; marketing and advertising strategy; public relations; reputation management and crisis communications; content marketing; external communications; social media; and media relations
- Develop tracking metrics and success criteria to measure results of marketing strategies and make evidence-based decisions
- Understand the inter-connectivity of both traditional channels, as well as a digital channels, to support lead generation and grow new relationships
- Identify market and client trends to support innovation and growth
- Drive continued focus on building out marketing technology and strategy focused on personalization and real-time delivery of engagement
- With outstanding collaboration skills and executive presence, ideal candidate will play a key role in driving meaningful change within the organization
- Demonstrate ability to partner and collaborate with Board of Directors and Executive Management and lines of business management to help shape the business and brand strategy
- Build synergies between Marketing and line of business sales teams to develop an integrated client experience
- Manage external marketing partners and agencies for creative, brand and marketing technologies
- Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.

- Advanced experience working with digital marketing technologies and communications channels including social, branding and messaging to different target audiences
- Highly motivated, self-driven individual who can think strategically, operate independently, and take accountability

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field and / or equivalent work experience
- Master's Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing Preferred
- 20+ years of experience in marketing or related field, including (10) years leading marketing, brand management and operational marketing initiatives in the banking industry desired
