Your Job

As a Production Supervisor in our electronics manufacturing facility, you will play a critical role in driving daily execution, operational excellence, and team performance. You will lead and develop a team of production associates and technicians, ensuring manufacturing output meets customer demand while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance.

This role requires visible, handson leadership, strong problemsolving capability, and a commitment to developing people while operating in a fastpaced, regulated manufacturing environment.

Our Team

You will be part of a production operations team responsible for assembling highprecision electronic components in a structured manufacturing environment. The team supports highmix production and works closely with Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to ensure products are built right the first time.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will lead daytoday production activities while developing a strong, engaged workforce. Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead, engage, and support a team of hourly production employees and technicians on 2nd shift, with a strong focus on safety, quality, delivery, and efficiency
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement across the production floor
  • Monitor production KPIs and daily performance metrics; adjust staffing, priorities, or workflows to meet targets without compromising quality or safety
  • Ensure adherence to standard work, work instructions, and quality requirements
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members to support skill development and engagement
  • Address employee relations matters at the firstline level, including attendance, performance, and behavior
  • Collaborate crossfunctionally with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to resolve production issues and implement process improvements
  • Support rootcause analysis and corrective action activities related to safety, quality, or delivery issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Support training, onboarding, and crosstraining of production employees
  • Communicate production priorities, expectations, and performance updates clearly and consistently
  • Support overtime, shift handoffs, and schedule changes as needed to meet business needs

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
  • 1+ year of experience in a leadership, supervisory, or team lead role
  • Willingness and ability to work 2nd shift and occasional overtime as required
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, production metrics, and safety expectations
  • Ability to lead by example in a fastpaced production environment

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical, manufacturing, or businessrelated field
  • Experience in electronics, aerospace, defense, or other regulated manufacturing environments
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement tools
  • Experience using ERP systems, MES, or production tracking tools
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflictresolution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to develop employees and build engaged, highperforming teams
