Be You. Duke University is seeking an Assistant Director of Campus Mail Services to help lead and strengthen campuswide mail operations. In this role, you'll partner with the Director to provide strategic and operational leadership across multiple mail centers-ensuring services are efficient, compliant, and customerfocused for students, faculty, staff, and campus partners. You'll play a key role in leading teams, improving processes, and enhancing the overall service experience.
