The O+ rollout was initially supported and co-led by Ernst & Young consultants. To build sustainability, deploy regionally across other plants and migrate away from EY we introduced the role of Regional Operations Plus Coaches. Following the deployment of RTTs and once we started Pillar Activation in ASC Asia and ASC Europe, we transformed 4 of the 8 regional coaches to "Internal Consultants" (ICs). Currently we have a mix of Regional Coaches (4 off) and IC's (4 off). The intent of this new OCPL role is to create 1 role with expanded responsibilities as described below. The role reports to the Global O+ Director (dotted or sold line according to the region). Its main accountabilities are grouped in three major areas as follows: Operation + Plus deployment (RTT and Pillar) Capability: owner of a Pillar or RTT DMS to support OGSM/CBN. Performance: owner of an ASC line configuration (standard, performance) at global level Leadership: Leader of the ASC organization Operation:

CompensationThe starting salary for this position is expected to be between $129,200 to $161,500; however, base pay offered may vary within the full salary range $129,200 to $193,800 depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on national averages and a geographic differential may be applied based on work location. Position may also be eligible for Amcor's Management Incentive Plan / Sales Incentive Plan, which is an annual bonus program based on business and individual performance, as well as medical coverage and other health and welfare benefits. The salary range provided reflects the anticipated base pay for this role at the time of this posting. This range is applicable to positions performed in jurisdictions with pay transparency requirements, including CA, CO, CT, HI, IL, MD, MA, MN, NV, NJ, NY, RI, VT, WA, Washington DC, as well as remote roles that may be performed in these locations.
