General Worker - 3rd Shift

As a General Worker at Green Bay Packaging, you are the backbone of our production floor. You will move between departments-including sheeting, printing, and shipping-ensuring our operations run smoothly and safely.

Safely operating industrial equipment, including forklifts, clamp trucks, and pallet jacks.

Maintaining a clean, hazard-free workspace through consistent plant upkeep.

Conducting rigorous quality checks throughout the production process.

Developing a keen eye for detail while feeding and operating machinery.

Our facility moves fast, and you move with it. You will drive efficiency by:

Quickly adapting to different stations, from die-cutting to finishing and forming.

Assisting machine operators to minimize downtime and maximize output.

Using your mechanical aptitude to troubleshoot minor flow issues and keep the line moving.

Qualifications

Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably and remain active throughout the shift.

Technical Literacy: Basic computer skills for documentation and a natural mechanical aptitude.

Communication: Strong verbal skills to coordinate with team leads and shift supervisors.

Flexibility: Availability for 3rd shift and a willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed to meet production goals.

Experience: Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
