Custodian- Part Time

Marvin Composites in Fargo, ND is hiring for a Part-time Custodian. We are looking for a dedicated individual to help keep our facility in top shape, ensuring it remains healthy, safe, and well-maintained.

Maintain Cleanliness: Keep office areas, conference rooms, break rooms, stairs, and hallways clean
• Ensure Hygiene: Regularly clean bathrooms, shared refrigerators, and the water/ice machine
• Grounds Maintenance: Monitor and keep the outdoor areas tidy by emptying outdoor cigarette receptacles and removing trash
• Clean the Marvin Composites East plant bathrooms and offices
• Deep cleaning: Perform deep cleaning of carpets and bathroom floors as needed

Pay range based on experience:

$20-24 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday - Friday
• Flexible shifts available in the early mornings (ending by 9:00 AM) or afternoons starting after 4:00 PM

Part-Time: 20 hours/week

• Previous experience with custodial cleaning equipment preferred
• You can manage your tasks effectively with minimal direction
• You are proactive in identifying tasks that need attention and taking the initiative to address them

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• At least 18 years of age
