Part-Time | Certified Nursing Assistant/NAR

Schedule:

Positions available in skilled and transitional care units include working every other weekend and every other holiday.

Available Shifts:

1. NOC 10:30pm- 6:30am
2. PM 2:30pm- 10:30pm

Pay Range: $20.77 - $28.19 hour (based on experience)

The Difference You'll Make

1. Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
2. Support residents' comfort, dignity, and independence through person-centered care
3. Observe and report changes in resident condition, behavior, or needs to nursing staff
4. Assist with meals, hydration, and dining support as needed
5. Provide companionship, emotional support, and engagement with residents
6. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized care environment
7. Follow care plans, safety procedures, and infection control standards
8. Complete accurate and timely documentation in required systems
9. Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support resident care and well-being
10. Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and strong customer service in daily interactions

Qualifications:

Education Required:

1. Successful completion of a State approved program in compliance with the Nurse Assistant Training Act
2. Current certification through Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

1. Working knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
2. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
3. Ability to work independently while accurately planning and completing assigned tasks
4. Demonstrated good judgment, integrity, and respect for others
5. Awareness of and sensitivity to residents' individual needs, interests, and abilities
6. Strong commitment to compassionate, resident-centered customer service
7. Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting and assisting residents (50+ lbs.)
