Registered Nurse

We are seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join a dynamic team at one of Minnesota's leading nonprofit senior housing and service providers at our newest facility in Corcoran, MN! This position is responsible to perform services for residents at our Assisted Living and Memory Care facility as directed to maintain the personal comfort and safety of the resident. The campus offers 153 independent, assisted living and memory care apartments. A Registered Nurse is responsible for:

1. Providing direct care to residents under individual plans of care per doctor's orders.
2. Administer medications and/or treatment in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response.
3. Document resident care using charting software.
4. Notify Clinical Supervisor, attending physicians, and family members of significant changes in a resident's condition, and take follow-up action, as necessary.
5. Work to coordinate, oversee, and provide guidance to Home Health Aides,
6. Display a positive attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff.

This full-time position will be scheduled to work 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., including every other weekend and every other holiday.

Qualifications:

1. Degree obtained from an accredited nursing program.
2. Must be in good standing with the Minnesota Board of Nursing and have a current MN RN license.
3. Minimum of two-years previous experience as a nurse working in assisted living and memory care is required.

Special knowledge, skills, and abilities:

1. Demonstrated knowledge of state and federal regulations
2. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
3. Proven history of good judgement and integrity
4. High level of commitment to compassionate customer service
5. Ability to meet the physical demands of position, including lifting over 50 lbs. while transferring a resident.
6. CPR Certification

Pay Range: $39.00 - $48.13/hour based upon years of experience
