You Are:

We are looking for a Data Scientist with solid experience in machine learning, deep learning, and advanced analytics. You will be responsible for developing and implementing statistical models and AI solutions that transform data into actionable business insights.

The opportunity:

* Develop, implement, and maintain statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and analytical solutions to solve complex business problems.

* Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, outliers, correlations, trends, and their impact on business metrics.

* Develop and integrate AI models and agents within applications, platforms, and operational workflows, collaborating with other teams to develop AI solutions.

* Design experiments, A/B tests, and analytical methodologies to evaluate business hypotheses, optimize processes, and measure impact.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, technology, operations, marketing, executives) to translate business needs into concrete analytical solutions.

* Create visualizations, dashboards, and reports that communicate insights clearly, actionably, and with a results-oriented approach.

* Document processes, assumptions, and results, ensuring the reproducibility and traceability of the models.

* Work with data engineers to ensure the availability, quality, and governance of the data used in the models.

* Implement and monitor advanced analytics and modeling pipelines, including Retraining, model versioning, and performance metric monitoring

* Research, evaluate, and apply new modeling techniques, algorithms, and analytical tools to increase the efficiency and accuracy of analytical products.

What you need:

* Languages: Python and/or R for data analysis and predictive modeling Libraries: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Statsmodels Statistics: Inferential statistics, probability, optimization, and time series analysis AI/NLP: NLP, LLM, or Neural Network (Deep Learning) models MLOps/LLMOps: Model lifecycle management MLOps or LLMOps Databases: SQL Advanced relational and non-relational databases Data Engineering: DataTransfer, Integration Services, Data Flow, DataBricks, and/or similar Data Visualization: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, matplotlib, seaborn, and/or similar Cloud: Google Cloud Platform, Azure, or AWS CI/CD: GitHub continuous integration and deployment tools Generative AI: Experience with GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor

* Desirable Knowledge

* Experience with large volumes of structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data

* Knowledge of distributed data architectures (Spark, Databricks)

* Experience with forecasting and business planning models

* Familiarity with BI systems and executive reporting Knowledge of data governance and privacy frameworks

* Soft Skills:

* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and understandably to non-technical audiences

* Ability to work in cross-functional teams and dynamic environments Critical thinking, results-oriented Creativity and analytical curiosity

* Ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, prioritizing according to impact Proactivity and ownership of analytical models and results

* Required Experience:

* Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar roles in advanced analytics and/or data mining University degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, data science, or related fields

* Proven experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of machine learning / deep learning / generative AI models

* Experience working in cross-functional agile teams

* Languages:

* Spanish: Native or professional level

* English: B1-B2 reading technical documentation and communicating with international teams
