The HR/TA Intern will support our college recruiting efforts by helping attract, engage, and hire top early-career talent. This role provides hands-on exposure to campus recruiting, talent operations, and the full recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, coordinating, and executing college recruiting activities and events (career fairs, info sessions, interviews).
  • Support interview scheduling, candidate communications, and offer logistics for interns and new graduates.
  • Help manage candidate data and recruitment tracking in the applicant tracking system.
  • Partner with recruiters to support campus strategies and outreach initiatives.
  • Prepare recruiting materials, presentations, and event logistics.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program (HR, business, communications, or related field preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interest in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Exposure to computer screens for an extended period of time.
  • Sitting for extended periods of time.
  • Reach by extending hands or arms in any direction.
  • Have finger dexterity in order to manipulate objects with fingers rather than whole hands or arms, for example, using a keyboard.
