DESCRIPTION/JOB SUMMARY To provide operational support across travel coordination, sponsorship management, and business analytics while ensuring compliance with company policies, maintaining accuracy of financial and product data, and driving efficient execution of travel and commercial activities. RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES *Coordinate all corporate travel arrangements including flights, lodging, and ground transportation in accordance with company policies *Serve as primary point of contact for travel requests, proactively managing and resolving issues such as delays, cancellations, and itinerary changes in real time *Maintain travel records, cost tracking, and appropriate expense coding *Manage shared travel inbox and respond to internal inquiries in a timely manner *Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize travel spend *Coordinate company sponsorship activities including reviewing requests, documentation collection, budget tracking, and payment processing *Partner with leadership and marketing to ensure proper execution of sponsorship deliverables *Review and validate product order form updates submitted by R&D *Audit MSRP changes, part numbers, and product descriptions for accuracy and consistency *Prepare monthly cost of goods analyses by part number and product configuration *Track and report on cost variances and trends *Assist with pricing audits and support tracking of sales performance related to pricing changes *Ensure all safety and security rules are strictly observed and any accidents, incidents, or injuries are promptly reported to management *Complete the Annual CTPAT Security Training *Focus on continuous improvement, and consistently demonstrate good business judgment *Work effectively with all Pride departments to exceed internal and external expectations *Pride retains the discretion to modify duties and/or assign other duties as necessary REQUIRED SKILLS *Must be a team player, friendly, professional, detail-oriented, and honest Must have the ability to: *Multi-task, problem-solve, and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment *Work and communicate effectively with multiple departments as a cross functional team Must have: *Relentless drive to achieve advancement and continuous improvement *Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills *Strong analytical and data tracking capabilities *Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel *Excellent web navigation skills *Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills REQUIRED EXPERIENCE *At least 1 year of experience in an operations, travel coordination, business support, or related role PREFERRED EXPERIENCE *Experience in data tracking, reporting, or financial analysis preferred *Experience with corporate travel coordination or logistics support preferred *Current or previous successful employment experience with Pride Mobility Products Corporation preferred REQUIRED EDUCATION *High School Diploma or GED PREFERRED EDUCATION *Associate's degree in business or related field REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS *Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now, or in the future DETAILS *This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive *In exceptional circumstances, some of the physical requirements of this position may be modified or eliminated as a reasonable accommodation for a person with a disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act Pride Mobility Products/Quantum Rehab is an Equal Opportunity employer.
