Positions in this function include those responsible for planning and directing all aspects of a division's operational policies, objectives, and initiatives. Included day to day site operations, management leadership internal and external to organization, accountable for financial and non-financial results (budgets and actuals). Develops policies and procedures for operational processes in order to ensure optimization and compliance with established standards and regulations. May manage the P&L of a business or part of a business unit. Manage daily operations of multiple levels of staff and multiple functions/departments across one or more business units. Project management and implementation, staff management.

This position is responsible for the management of multiple significant clinical programs and services for multiple populations within a state (CHIP, LTSS,DSNP, etc). This role is focused on the delivery of clinical programs and services including quality, improving affordability, and overall clinical effectiveness they typically report to the Health Plan CEO.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with Three in-office days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develops and executes strategies for a function or discipline that span a large business unit or multiple markets/sites
  • Directs others to resolve business problems that affect multiple functions or disciplines
  • Product, service or process decisions are most likely to impact multiple functions and/or customer accounts

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of healthcare leadership experience
  • Deep operational experience that includes metrics based management, headcount and resource planning and growth focus
  • Depth of care management experience, ideally with MLTSS
  • Demonstrated people management experience driving strong employee experience
  • Ability to establish and maintain a strong working relationship with state partners
  • Ability to work collaboratively

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $159,300 to $273,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
