We are actively hiring an Intelligence Analyst withRussianskillsto join ourIntelligenceDivisionworking inNorthern Virginia. As a member of theprogramteam,you will besupporting a cyber intelligence mission byprovidinglanguage, cultural,analytic (including targeting)and operational supportservices.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Utilize targeting tools and databases to collect intelligence for the purpose of analysis and targeting reports
  • Apply network analysistechniquesand tools to identify key figures and organizations
  • Scan and accurately process/analyze large amounts of material
  • Analyze disparate intelligence and extract meaning or relevance
  • Apply expert knowledge of regional cyber intelligence threats, TIPs, etc.
  • Provide translation services: the translation of written electronic and multimedia material to English from the source language materials toinclude:social media, business, legal, technical documents, etc.
  • Generate products that include, but are not limitedto:translations, targeting reports, briefing materialand cables

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance withpolygraph
  • Score ILR Level 3 or higher in translating from the source language to English (speaking and listening not required) -must be able to provide both written and verbal translation with close attention to the use of technical, intelligence-related, and subject matter terminology
  • Bachelor of Science degree or two additional years related professional experience working on projects of similar scope
  • Minimal CONUS/OCONUS travel possible on a case-by-case basis
  • 5-7 years ofall-source analysis experience with national intelligence agencies or DoD providing analytic support to aid in foreign threat assessments
  • Experience translating andgistinggeneral and technical material from Russian to English
  • Possess a thorough understanding of Intelligence Community (IC) guidelines and directives
  • Be proficient in MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), IC tools and software applications, Computer-Assisted Translation, and Terminology Management Databases
  • Prior all-source analysis experience with national IC groups and/or DoD cyber components is required
  • Requires experience providing analytic support to aid in foreign threat assessments, the ability to use customer databases, and some familiarity with technical terminology
