WhatYou'llDo Manage a complex, ever-changing calendar for the SVP with accuracy, discretion, and sound judgment. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and materials, and arrange domestic and international travel and accommodations. Serve as a key point of contact for the SVP, ensuring clear, timely communication and follow-through across priorities. Handle correspondence, approvals, and expense reporting for the Executive and leadership team, as assigned. Partner cross-functionally with global teams across Marketing, Product, Commercial and Communications. Coordinate logistics for leadership meetings, team offsites, conferences, and events, working closely with internal partners and external vendors. Support the preparation of executive-level presentations and materials with a high standard of polish and professionalism. Act as a communications and coordination hub for the Marketing organization, helping teams stay aligned across time zones. Build strong working relationships with other Executive Assistants and stakeholders throughout the company. Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and ways of working. WhatWe'reLooking For Proven experience supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional presence and judgment Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and shifting deadlines Experience coordinating across global teams and multiple time zones High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with care Collaborative, proactive mindset with a solutions-oriented approach Comfort working independently while remaining closely aligned with leadership needs Qualifications 5+ years of experience supporting a senior-level executive Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and presentation tools Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic, creative, and results-driven environment Background working with agencies, vendors, or external partners Experience coordinating events, offsites, or large leadership meetings *Please refer to our Candidate Privacy Noticefor more information about how we process your personal information, and your data protection rights.* At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role's base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location. Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
